For tourists we are ideally located for visiting the city of Oxford famed for its universities Blenheim Palace birthplace of Churchill Henley Regatta or maybe Garsington Opera all are only a short drive or bus journey from us.

If you re here on business Oxford Science Park and Milton Business Park are very close as are the Enviroment Agency Harwell Laboratories British Geological Survey and South Oxfordshire District Council at Crowmarsh Wallingford.

If you like to walk we have the Thames Footpath directly outside our entrance and a superb six mile loop along the riverbank and through a woodland nature reserve.

The facilities here are of excellent standard all are guests rooms were completed in 1999 and are all spacious and comfortable each with en suite bath showeroom.

The Bar Restaurant area is a mix of old and new with open wood burning stove for winter and ceramic floor for cooling the summer.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and informal with a strong emphasis on good food.

We have always and will always prepare from scratch all the meals we serve here.

We do not compromise on quality and the result is some truly excellent food.

We have a separate breakfast room which was originally the old stables it has whitewashed walls and ceramic tiles creating a light and fresh room well suited to start the day.
